braided headband into piggie buns

Here is little Mermaids hair for the wedding

we started by parting her hair from ear to ear,

Then we pulled the back part into high pigtails

Then we did a side part on the front of her head and braided back the side till it was long enough to hook into her pigtail with a second elastic

then we french braided the other side and hooked it into the other pigtail with an elastic, then we put the pigtails into little buns by wrapping the hair and bobby pining it here are better instructions! http://chic-clipshair.blogspot.com/2009/05/crown.html

added bows and you are done

From the top

and the back, you cant tell from the other pics that the bun only goes around 3/4 of the elastic, leaving the front flat so you have the perfect place to put a bow!
